At RWHOME, we want you to love every piece you bring into your space; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home decor and furniture items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your RWHOME account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization is included inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
